MSIC Crime Prevention/Traffic Pedestrian Safety Team Meeting. Oakland Police Department Problem Solving Officers (PSOs) will be our special guests at this meeting. The purpose of the Team is to engage community participation in identifying crime and traffic problems affecting Montclair, and, working with the Oakland Police Department and City Officials through the MSIC Steering Committee, to find solutions to these problems.
